Nature's flow: Unveiling the most beautiful Waterfalls!

    Jana Waterfall

Jana Waterfall is a hidden gem near the quaint Village Jana which is my own village. Waterfall is located about 35 km from manali and 12 km from naggar which is also a tourist attraction. The way to this waterfall is surrounded by deodar, pine trees and spectacular snow-covered mountain peaks. It is a moderate waterfall for a quieter and authentic Himalayan experience. You will also get to do zip lining and outdoor experiences. But the best about the waterfall is the food that is serves.

There is this famous eatery named SAGAR THAKUR DHABA which serves every Himachali dish like siddu, makki roti, sarso ka sag, red rice ,ghee ,green chutney etc. Food cost will be pretty decent depending on how many people are there. If you ever come to naggar do visit this place and get taste of quality food and pleasant dining experience.

It is a a 150 foot tall fall situated about 3 km from the main town of manali and 2 km from the Vashisht village which is well known for its hot springs. If you trek from Vashisht it will take about 30 to 45 min on foot. This waterfall is not just about the natural tourist attraction but the important spiritual aspect it holds the waterfall is named after local deity Jogni mata.

The locals believe that this waterfall has healing properties. It a paradise for photography enthusiasts. to avoid crowds Morning or late afternoon are the perfect time. I have been to this waterfall many times and the connection only gets deeper after every visit. I know it is worth the visit and if u ever decide to come please take in the importance of no litter and safe trek.

bangoru waterfall

Located at a distance of just 4.5 km from the Tibetan colony. The once in a life time experience. Lush green forest around, murmuring sounds of flowing river. Beautiful trekking, firstly through mountain edges then through pebbles on river beds and finally on rocks to reach the hidden waterfall. One should opt for a guide, otherwise it will be difficult to locate and trek the waterfall if u coming for the first time. It takes around 2 to 3 hours but you will definitely love it.

During my visit to this waterfall we were thrilled by the adrenaline rush and sense of accomplishment it provided. The trek was truly a once in a life time experience and s must do adventure. Each step is a challenge, but the effort was undoubtedly rewarding. The invigorating sensation of freezing water will keep you energized. I highly recommend experiencing it firsthand to truly appreciate its magnificence.
